Me and my Friend stayed at the Motel for 4 Nights but we had payed for 7. We had to leave earlier so we gave them a call to let them know and they told us it would be no problem to get the money back. After we left we tried to call them for like 6 weeks but never got a response. When we finally came threw they tried to tell us that he has no confirmation that we had to leave and dont know who we are and we won't get any money back.Unfortunately i am not able to give a 0 star Rating.
We canceled some days and they told us its no problem to get the money back. Then we left and after one week we tried to call them back and we got no response. For nearly 2 months we tried to call them and we got no response or a call back. Then after two months we called them and they finally picked up the phone and tell us they have no clue who we are(and we give them all details) and they cant refund us our money.
I wasn't happy about the place. I called in advance and the manager wasn't very nice but I shrugged that off. When i arrived there was no one there to give me my key, I had to get it myself from a safe. The front of house is disgusting, there was a smashed up car out the back. Not once did I ever see the owner/manager there, no staff or anything. The rooms weren't nice at all, the bed had so many stains on the cover, I doubt they had ever been washed. The pillows smelled mouldy, there was a rotten floor board Never go there, no amount of money is worth staying there, there's much better places to stay in Quirindi so avoid this one at all costs! This is the worst 'budget' motel I've stayed at, I feel bad for even calling it budget.
It's very quiet
Our room was huge, comfortable and absolutely spotless. We had access to the terrace where you could watch the trains and traffic pass through Quirindi. Very helpful man at the front desk checked us in and gave us the low down on the best spots to grab a meal during our overnight stay. Absolutely amazing value and will definitely come back the next time we're in Quirindi.
