We were moving from outback QLD to the area for work. As you would find in the area, to get a property with any amount of land suitable for horses, you are very lucky. They absolutely helped us out, and we are so grateful, we did end up seeking a property with land. The only downer was we were initially only able to sign for a 6 month term, but hopefully we can secure our rental for longer. I used to work as a property manager and it's a bloody hard job, i really appreciated their help and would recommend them if you were a renter, owner, buyer or seller :)
I've found the workers at ray white lovely, it did take some time to get a rental but that is to be expected when I lived four hours away and they are taking on another real estates property's, but I went and looked at a house and got approved in a short amount of time. The girls at ray white were pleasant and very understanding of my situation.
Well vaneesa lest u didnt buy a house of them shockers
My experience with Ray White has been utterly disgraceful. My husband and I were looking to rent in the area. I spoke to them face to face, email and in person in regards to what we needed in a property. The first property we were to meet at, they were 30 minutes late. When they arrived , there was no apology. To top that off, they didn't have the key for the front door, let alone the back. My husband HAD to help them get us inside. The house was very messy, still had the owner LIVING in it. His kitchen utensils were in scattered throughout the kitchen. Obviously, not out choice of home. We have 3 dogs so I was VERY specific about STRONG, FENCED yards. This house had a gate you had to drag shut , but was missing the rest!Absolutely ridiculous.....Second home had no fencing and NO GARAGE ,as I said MUST HAVE GARAGE. We didn't even bother getting out of our car to look. Third house was one I had been looking at for several months. It hadn't been rented in over a year. With trepidation we went to look. It was also a fail, but only due to smelling like a possum had been urinating and also living in the roof as when the door was opened, a strong odor hit us in the face. Prior to seeing this house, one of the women( whose name I will not share) TOLD myself and my husband that the owner would be having new carpet layed after six months, so he could raise the funds. That wasn't a drama. We looked around the house and yard but not suitable as the neighbours owned the part BEHIND our back fence so A. Problems straight away with our dogsB. Definitely no privacy. C. The garage wasn't really a GARAGE as there were a large cement block that you couldn't drive a car over let alone, open your car doors. But what annoyed me the most was, besides the few little white lies, was it seemed we were crouching in on their "after work drinks" by taking our time looking over the house and asking questions. These appointments were booked so we could take the time to look. The rudeness that pored from the "older woman" tottering around on 6 inch heels and a skirt tighter than leggings was appalling. We were informed that , they would get back to us in a week or two as they had to speak to the owner. At least a quick phone call or email to advise us that we didn't get the house, or more to how we interpreted it was, they never put our paperwork forward to the owner. It has now been almost 4 months, and still no answer. I'm glad we didn't get the house. We are much happier with our new real estate and our home. If I could give half a star, I would .
